At HomeHacks, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before ordering.

STANDARD RETURNS (30 Days)
Most products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging. To start a return, contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Some products — including certain appliances and bathroom items — are non-returnable due to supplier restrictions. These products are clearly noted on their individual product pages.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we will always resolve this — either with a full replacement or refund. Photo or video evidence may be required.

REFUNDS
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
